My projects and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today

Biocycle

In the Spring of 2023, I developed a mobile art piece that informs Houston communities on plastic waste and the solutions to plastic waste. This project is an exciting step in my quest to utilize art and STEM to engage, activate, and educate communities surrounding global and local issues.

Bag-Free Bayous

My fight for a greener future through activism and entrepreneurship since the age of 9.

Art Car Cycles

My two submissions to the Houston Art Car Parade helped me experience the effect art can have in bringing people together to share ideas and joy.

The submissions received 1st Place Cycle in the 2022 Parade.

My Ode to H-Town

A poetry video on my rocky relationship with Houston (and Texas) along with the influences around me that I largely took for granted.

Houston Poem: Caoilin Krathaus

In early 2022, my family was very close to moving back to Ireland to live a simple life on a large farm. We were tired of the politics and tension in the United States and wanted an escape. We had been excitedly looking for a house for years and finally found the one.

Mirror, Mirror

My experimental film on the meaning of film, death, and the symbolic guest room.
